Abstracts of no more than 300 words (not less than 200 words), which clearly explains the nature of the problem, purpose of work, and
contribution of your paper should be typed using 12-Point Times New Roman fonts, single spaced, and include:

Title:

Use 14-Point Times New Roman, uppercase, bold, centered over two Lines.

Author Information:

Name, affiliation, and address including E-mail. Use 12-Point Times New Roman, centered under the title.
The margins of the printed text area are 4 cm on the left (1.5 inches) and 3.12 cm (1.25 inches) on the right, top, and bottom. The authors are requested to express their preference for an oral or poster presentation.

Authors of selected abstracts will be notified by November 1, 2008 and the full papers are due on December 31, 2008. The conference proceedings will be available at the meeting. Papers should be submitted only by email. Do not send hard copies or CD by mail
